At Web Rouse, we strive to deliver high-quality website development and digital services tailored to client needs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding advance payments, cancellations, and refund eligibility. By engaging with our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Advance Payment

  • A 50% advance payment is required before any project begins.
  • This advance secures your project slot, covers initial resource allocation, and is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% balance is payable upon completion of 50% of the project work, as outlined in the project agreement.

Final deliverables will only be handed over once all outstanding payments are cleared.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:
    If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, the advance payment will be retained by Web Rouse. Any additional payments made for completed work or milestones will also be non-refundable.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation:
    In rare circumstances, if Web Rouse cancels a project due to reasons outside the client’s control, any unused portion of payments (beyond the advance) may be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
  • Failure to Provide Information:
    If delays or cancellations occur due to the client’s failure to provide required content, materials, or timely communication, no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees:
    All payments, including the 50% advance, milestone payments, and administrative/processing charges, are non-refundable.
  • Pro-Rated Refunds (Exceptional Cases):
    At Web Rouse’s sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered if services were paid for but not initiated. Such cases will be reviewed individually.

5. Refund & Cancellation Request Procedure

  • To request a cancellation or refund (where applicable), clients must email support@webrouse.com with:
    • Project details and agreement reference
    • Reason for cancellation/refund request
  • Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Clients will be notified via email once the request has been processed.

6. Policy Modifications

Web Rouse reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
