📑 Terms & Conditions – Web Rouse

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or engaging with Web Rouse, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Web Rouse provides website development and related digital services. The exact scope of work will be agreed upon in writing with the client.

2. Payments

Advance Payment:

A 50% advance payment is required before any project work begins. This advance secures your project slot and covers the initial setup and resource allocation. Advance payments are non-refundable.

Remaining Balance:

The remaining 50% is due upon completion of 50% of the project work (as mutually agreed milestones). Final deliverables will not be handed over until full payment is received.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Payments may be made via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/debit cards (through secure payment gateway)
  • Other agreed-upon methods

Late or Incomplete Payments:

Failure to complete payments on time may result in:

  • Suspension of ongoing services
  • Project delays
  • Withholding of deliverables until dues are cleared

Non-Refundable Fees:
All payments made are non-refundable. This includes advance fees, milestone payments, and administrative/processing charges.

3. Revisions & Deliverables

The number of revisions will be specified in the project agreement.
Additional revisions outside of scope may incur extra charges.
Deliverables will be provided in the agreed format.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide required content, materials, and access (e.g., hosting, credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.
Web Rouse retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Web Rouse is not responsible for losses arising from delays, technical issues beyond our control, or misuse of deliverables by the client.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

7. Termination

If a client fails to comply with these Terms, Web Rouse reserves the right to terminate services.
Advance payments remain non-refundable in case of termination.

8. Prohibited Projects

Web Rouse will not engage in projects related to:

  • Alcohol
  • Pornography
  • Any illegal activities or websites

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh (or your applicable jurisdiction).

10. Updates to Terms

Web Rouse may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
